STEP 1: The Chat

I ask you critical questions, either over the phone or in person, to get to know your business and its objectives. We’ll also chat about the project that is a top priority for you and the results you’d like to see.

STEP 2: The Proposal

At this stage, I will email a detailed proposal to you. In it you will find an outline of what you can expect from me, turnaround times and the estimated cost (a flat fee) for the work I will do.

STEP 3: The Brief

After you accept my proposal, I’ll ask you to fill out a brief so I am absolutely clear on your requirements and expectations.

STEP 4: Feedback

I submit the first draft and ask for your feedback. If tweaks are required, I’ll make the necessary revisions and send the second draft to you. My priority is making sure you’re completely satisfied.
