How we use AI

Plain answer first.
Derrick Wesson and our writers write and edit your copy. If we use AI tools for research, transcription, outlines or editing, we review the result ourselves, and we don’t put your confidential material into a public tool without your OK. Tell us if you need no AI on your project, and we’ll note that in your brief.
What that means in practice
- A person is responsible for every piece. What we deliver is what we’ve read, edited and stand behind.
- Tools may help with the groundwork. Research, transcribing a call, organizing an outline, tightening a sentence. We check what they produce.
- Your confidential material stays out of public tools unless you say it’s fine.
- You can opt out. If your industry, your company policy or your preference says no AI, tell us in the brief. We’ll note it and work that way.
What we don’t promise
- Text produced with AI assistance may have weaker copyright protection than text written by a person, and we can’t promise it can be registered.
- We don’t use AI to invent facts about your business. We write from what you give us. You still approve every claim.
