Yes, for what’s listed on each package: the word or page cap, the extras and the number of revision rounds. Anything outside that, such as more pages, more words or a different job, is a quote. We say so before you pay.

Yes. Add as many as you like, and change the quantity on any line. Each item gets its own brief and its own estimated date. A quantity of 3 means three separate pieces, not one bigger one.

Before we start, yes, in full. After we start and before the first draft, we refund the item minus a share for the work done. After the first draft arrives, that item isn’t refunded, but your revisions continue. Unstarted items in the same order are refunded. The exact numbers are on the refunds page.

Maybe. Rush work is by quote, and we’ll only agree if we can do it properly. Send the job and the date.

Each package shows an estimated number of business days, counted from the complete brief. These are estimates, not promises, and every item has its own.

One consolidated set of feedback on the draft, sent within 14 days of delivery. Fixing wording, tone and flow is a revision. A new audience, a new offer or a different brief is a new job, and we quote it.

Say so, in one message, and say why. That’s what the revision round is for. If we’ve misread the brief, we’ll say that too. If the draft is delivered and you decide the job isn’t for you, that item isn’t refunded.

You do, once the order is paid in full. We assign copyright in the final copy to you in writing. Drafts and ideas we didn’t use stay with us. We only show your project in a portfolio if you say yes in writing.

If we use AI tools for research, transcription, outlines or editing, we review the result ourselves, and we don’t put your confidential material into a public tool without your OK. Tell us if you need no AI on your project, and we’ll note that in your brief.

We keep your material confidential as set out in our terms. If you need your own NDA signed, send it before you order and we’ll read it. We can’t promise to sign every one.

No, unless you tell us in writing that we can. The default is that your work stays private.

We can’t promise that. We write with your goals in mind. Results depend on your offer, your traffic, your price, your design and your market.

Not with paid tools, unless a package says so. For blog posts, you give us the focus keyword and we write for it. If you want a research job, ask for a quote.

No. We deliver the copy as a document. Putting it on your site, scheduling the emails or posting the ads is your job, or your developer’s. We don’t do design or layout either.

We’ll write for you, but we don’t review claims for legal, medical or financial accuracy. You approve every claim before it goes out, and a professional in your field should check regulated wording.
